Suzanne L. Velazquez, assistant clinical professor and director of the undergraduate program at the School of Social Welfare, was honored as Outstanding Chamber Member of the Year for The Town of Brookhaven and as Member of the Year for the Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce at the 18th Annual Chambers of Commerce Awards Reception held on April 4, 2017.
