The School of Social Welfare honored and inducted twenty eight students into the Phi Alpha Honor Society, Phi Theta Chapter at a ceremony on Wednesday, May 3. The Phi Theta Chapter, under the advisement of Dr. Stephen Rabeno, Clinical Assistant Professor, provides a closer bond among students of social work and promotes humanitarian goals and ideas. Phi Alpha fosters high standards of education for social workers and invites into membership those who have attained excellence in scholarship and achievement in social work.
