Drop In

The Sayville Project provides Drop In services to persons 18 years of age and older who have a psychiatric disability. We have been working with residents of Sayville and the surrounding communities since the 1980’s.

We support our clients to live with dignity in their local community and to develop a plan to meet their individual goals. Our aim is to assist persons to become active and contributing members of their community. To that end, the Sayville Project works closely with the local community and we have developed working relationships with community groups and organizations that support and assist our clients to lead productive lives.

At Drop In, we provide a supportive environment for members to gather together and socialize. Here, the members can meet with friends, share stories and experiences, watch movies, play board games, participate in sporting activities, go on shopping trips, and take trips to community activities. The activities in Drop In also allow the members to practice their learned community and life skills.

In addition, dinner and lunch are served.
